UNLVino, a fund-raising event sponsored by Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada in partnership with the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration, has certainly grown since these undated file photos were taken. Last year’s event drew some 9,000 attendees and featured more than 300 wineries. Since the event was created in 1974 by Larry Ruvo, senior managing director of Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada, it has become one of the largest sources of scholarship funds for the Harrah Hotel College.
