Content
The letters section is a forum for promoting open discussion of interest to our readers. To be accepted for publication, the letters must meet one of the following criteria:
- Relate to an article published in UNLV Magazine.
- Relate to events and issues related to UNLV.
- Contain information of particular interest to our audience of UNLV alumni and friends.
A letter will not be published if it:
- Is deemed by the editor to be potentially libelous or if it maligns a particular person or group.
- Addresses topics beyond the scope of the magazine’s coverage or the immediate interest of our alumni and friends audience.
- Is written to promote a product or service.
- Is incoherent or poorly articulated.
The number of letters on one subject may be limited for space reasons. Priority for publication will be given to timely letters that directly relate to the content of the magazine.
